1/4 cup vegetable broth
4 or 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 pound green beans, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup almond slivers
In an uncovered pressure cooker, heat the vegetable broth on medium. Add the garlic and saute until soft, about 2 minutes.
Add the green beans and water.
Add the green beans and water.
Cover and bring to pressure. Cook at pressure for 1 minute. Use a quick release.
Remove the lid; stir in the salt. Add the almond slivers, toss, and serve.
