Almost Instant Peanut Sauce (WFPBNOGF)


Yields

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1/4 cup brown rice syrup

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
