3 medium kale leaves, stems removed
Handful of spinach
2 Medjool dates, pitted (optional)
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup coconut water
1 scoop Amazing Grass wheatgrass
1 scoop Amazing Grass Original Blend
About 2 cups ice cubes
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the ice. Add ice to about 1 inch above the liquid line. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
