2 servings (can be doubled)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between two glasses to serve.
Tip: Substitute the unsweetened almond milk for 1 cup unsweetened soy or coconut milk.
