1 cup coconut water
1 cup vanilla frozen soy or coconut milk yogurt
1 cup apple chunks
2 cups frozen cherries
1 tablespoon tart cherry juice
1. Pour the water, tart cherry juice, and yogurt into the blender.
2. Dump the apples and cherries into the blender.
3. Drop in a handful of greens.
4. Drop in a tablespoon of flax seeds.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Enjoy.
