Prep Notes

this recipe uses the six optimal food categories for your kids' health: veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole-grains. Want your kids to think they are eating junk food when it's actually made of nuts, fruit, and sees? Did I mention it's sweet, creamy, and chocolatey? Get ready to lick the bowl.
