Dreamy Garlic Dressing (WFPBNOGF)*

2/3 cup

Ingredients

1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 pound firm tofu, drained

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup if you do not have or choose not to eat honey)

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
