Four Ingredient Ice Cream (WFPBNOGF)


Ingredients

2 bananas, cut into 1-inch slices

1/2 cup frozen strawberries, sliced (or not)

2 tablespoons almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Place banana slices on plate, separating each slice. Place in freezer for two hours (overnight is best).

2. Food process fruits & blend until consistency of soft-serve ice cream.

3. Add almond milk (more or less depending on desired texture) and vanilla: blend until smooth and well-mixed.

4. Transfer to freezer container; freeze until solid . . . or eat immediately as soft-serve.

5. Scoop and serve!
