Green Garden Mayonnaise (WFPBNOGF)*

Ingredients

6 ounces firm silken tofu

1/4 cup raw cashews

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon agave

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

1) Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.  If you desire a thinner consistency, you may want to blend in a little water.

2) Refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Tip:

Nutritional yeast, which can be purchased in health food stores, adds a slight nutty and cheesy flavor. If desired, add 1 teaspoon.
