Java Smoothie (WFPBNOGF)


Prep Notes

This is a smoothie jumpstart. Whirl the coffee and milk together before adding the other ingredients.

Ingredients

3-4 teaspoons instant coffee powder (as you like it)

1 cup almond milk (I like homemade almond milk)

1 cup vanilla frozen soy or coconut yogurt

1 cup frozen bananas

Directions

1. Pour the milk and yogurt into the blender.

2. Add the instant coffee powder.

3. Add the frozen banana.

4. Blend until smooth.

5. Enjoy.
