2 large kale leaves, stems removed
Handful of spinach
1-11 oz. container of coconut water
1/4 English cucumber (unpeeled)
1 large celery rib, trimmed
1 large apple (unpeeled)
1 pear, peach, or kiwi
1/4 teaspoon chlorella powder or 1 small scoop Amazing Grass Original, Super Antioxidant, or Raw Reserve
1 tablespoon (or 1 small scoop) wheatgrass powder, Amazing Grass
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice or toss in some slices of organic citrus fruit
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cardamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
Juice the kale and spinach in a slow-speed juice extractor or blender. Juice the cucumber, celery, apple, and pear in a juicer or blender.
Stir together the two juices and the chlorella powder, making sure there are no lumps. Blend in the wheatgrass powder and lemon juice.
