Orange Raz Frostie (WFPBNOGF)


Ingredients

1 cup orange juice

1 cup raspberries berries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup vanilla frozen soy yogurt

Directions

1. Pour the orange juice and yogurt into the blender first.

2. 1 tablespoon flax seed.

3.  Dump raspberries in, put the cover on, and blend until smooth.

4. Drink.


Notes

You can add ice if you like a well-chilled smoothie.
