Ingredients

1 - 2 cups raw shelled seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 dF.
  2. Spread seeds in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and place the cookie sheet on a middle rack in the oven.
  3. Roast for 6 - 8 minutes, until golden brown. (They will continue to darken after you remove them, so remove them when they are a bit lighter than you want them.
  4. Salt and season to taste.
