This smoothie has staying power due to the fat in the peanut butter.
1 cup almond or soy milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1-1/2 cups frozen banana slices
A handful of spinach
1. Pour the milk into the blender.
2. Add the PB.
3. Dump in the banana slices.
4. Drop in the spinach.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Enjoy.
