1/2 sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1-12 oz. pack of firm or extra-firm silken tofu
1-10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed)
1 yellow onion diced small
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp dried dill
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 precooked pizza crusts (12-inch, whole-grain preferred)
1/2 red onion finely diced
1 cup kalamata olives halved
i like a pizza that kick with flavor, and this one does it for me. The creamy sauce is rich without the added fat in most cream sauces, and the sun-dried tomatoes and olives add a perfect tangy-salty punch.
