8 teaspoons

Ingredients

2 teaspoons ground dried sage

1-1/2 teaspoons ground dried thyme

1 teaspoon ground dried marjoram

3/4 teaspoons ground dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper

Directions

Combine sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, nutmeg, and black pepper in sealable container; store with your other spices until needed.

Notes

Use of the word "Poultry" describing this seasoning, as unfortunate as it is, was used above, as it is a traditional holiday spice meant to replace the grocery store version. I mean no harm to poultry in using this term, and I do understand that some may be offended by its use. Please forgive me. Thank you for your understanding.
